The Art of Xiao Long Bao 🥢🥟

For Chef JJ, Xiao Long Bao is a true expression of craft. Years spent mastering the balance of touch, timing and precision all come together in every dumpling, delicately filled, hand-sealed and carefully pleated with 18 folds before being steamed to perfection.
