This Mental Health Week, let’s remember the challenges faced by designers and creatives. Studies show that people in creative industries are up to three times more likely to experience mental health issues like anxiety and depression. This World Mental Health Day, remember: no achievement is worth sacrificing your mental health. Your well-being should always come before the ambitions of managers, companies, and stakeholders. If you can afford to take a break and heal from burnout, please do so.
It’s true what they say: we work to live, not live to work. Let’s make health a priority. Take time for yourself, recharge, and remember that you are not alone in this journey. Share your experiences, support each other, and let's foster a culture that values mental well-being.
