Mandem, Lets Talk πŸ—£οΈ

This programme challenges traditional ideas of what it means to β€˜be a man’ by encouraging vulnerability, creativity, and connection, using spoken word as a powerful tool for self-expression and healing πŸ–€

It was great to meet our newest cohort yesterday with the first session focused on β€˜is it taboo to show vulnerability amongst other men?’

We had deep discussions and openness from the group πŸ™Œ we look forward to seeing how they grow together across the next few weeks!
