Mandem, Lets Talk 🗣️

This programme challenges traditional ideas of what it means to ‘be a man’ by encouraging vulnerability, creativity, and connection, using spoken word as a powerful tool for self-expression and healing 🖤

It was great to meet our newest cohort yesterday with the first session focused on ‘is it taboo to show vulnerability amongst other men?’

We had deep discussions and openness from the group 🙌 we look forward to seeing how they grow together across the next few weeks!

Incredible vibes last night 🔥 @ The Poetic Room - Lauryn Hill Edition 🙌

The poetry was fire and the energy in the room was wholesome!

The next Poetic Room is going to be on a Tuesday evening, this will be for the month of August only and it’s a special one! Our live band will be playing music from some of the best albums from 2016 which had incredible projects from the likes of Solange, Frank Ocean, Beyonce, Drake and Kendrick Lamar to name a few 🎉
