We’re heralding the start of a new season with some enticing menu additions. Our Seared fillet of seabass with mushroom fricassee and parsnip purée celebrates the mellow flavours of autumn; failsafe bistro classic Tarte Fine à l’Oignon Lyonnaise with goats’ cheese and thyme will transport you to Paris, and Apple & Apricot Crumble is a playful take on a British staple.
