✨ so, we’ve devised some alternatives, each with its own perk.

🍯 mozzarella eclipse sticks: the great thing about these is they’re hands free as the hot honey sticks to your eyes. a bit messy, but a great option.

🍕 the vbr pizza monocle: this requires two hands to hold, and you can only use one eye but the burrata provides a cooling and soothing feeling around the eye socket.

🍰 tiramisu long-range viewers: with these you can see even further due to the deep view points. best used indoors and in cool spaces.

eclipse starts at 6.17 and peaks at 7.12, so we’d advise getting down here asap!

🍝 a quick moment for our pasta dishes!

☄️ mom’s spaghetti. our pork and beef meatballs, with red sauce and parmesan. we used to devour these on special occasions as kids, but only on special occasions because of the work which had to go into making them. last slide is of big bro, james eating them nearly 40 years ago.

⏳ lamb ragù rigatoni. each day we receive a delivery from HG Walter, and we slowly braise our lamb with rosemary and anchovy before serving with rigatoni and a healthy shower of parmesan.

🦞 lobster linguine. whole, fresh lobster with our signature vodka red sauce and chilli.

🍅 pomodoro. each morning we slowly cook 100+ litres of imported itlaian tomatoes with various herbs to create the base of our sauces. it also pairs beautifully with our chicken parm.

🌶️ penne alla vodka. our popular vodka red sauce, with cream, chilli, and parmesan, then topped with slow cooked chilli oil for a bit of extra kick. we can also make this vegan and alcohol free.

we’re open from midday today, all the way through to saturday night, so pop by for a plate of pasta, pizza, or anything else on the menu you might fancy!!

a fantastic thursday night celebrating bday with top pints at The Coach & Horses Soho , and a 10/10 meal at The French House … then back to grasso for a posh lager , a bday sing song, and hollies famous guinness cake!

more than a 100 litres of pomodoro sauce has been slowly cooking over the past few hours, mammas been busy baking the new york cheesecakes and preparing the tiramisus, and the team has breaded and seasoned 1,000+ mozzarella sticks!

fully booked for the day, but walk ins available - so it’s always worth giving one a try if you find yourself in soho.
