Automation can save HOURS. But it shouldn’t be the starting point. Before asking “Can we automate this?”, I ask:

Does the process actually make sense first?

If your team can’t clearly explain the steps, who owns what and what happens when something doesn’t go to plan, automation isn’t going to fix that. And even when the process is clear, that doesn’t automatically mean it should be handed over to technology.

Some things need judgement, awareness, empathy or a genuine human relationship. Others happen so rarely that automating them creates more work than it saves.

At Systems Rani, the goal isn’t to automate everything. It’s to simplify the process first, keep the human element where it matters, and automate the parts that will genuinely remove work.
