Five paintings. Five hand-knotted rugs. Isabel Marina × Knots Rugs, the complete collection.
Over the past week we’ve shared each design individually. Seen together, the contrasts are what we love: soft, almost disappearing layers of blue and grey alongside bold black gestures and warm rusts. Each piece has its own character, with Isabel’s painterly language running through them all.
Made by hand in Tibetan wool, Chinese silk (and linen), the collection carries the depth, movement and spontaneity of her paintings into woven form.
A collaboration that began with a chance meeting between Bonnie and Isabel at High Point last year, now ready to find its place in your projects.
