Welcome to Cala Coticcio, one of Sardiniaโ€™s most breathtaking beaches. ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡น

Often called โ€œTahitiโ€ because of its crystal-clear turquoise water, this hidden cove is located on Caprera Island in the La Maddalena Archipelago. Reaching it takes a little effort, but the views are more than worth it.

๐Ÿ“ Save this for your Sardinia itinerary.

Everything I did in 48 hours in Edinburgh ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡งโœจ

Edinburgh is one of those cities where you can see so much on foot if you stay in the right location.

Day 1 in Edinburgh :
๐Ÿ“ Checked into The Dickins Penthouse
๐Ÿ“ Explored Victoria Street
๐Ÿ“ Wandered through James Court
๐Ÿ“ Visited the Writersโ€™ Museum
๐Ÿ“ Browsed Armchair Books
๐Ÿ“ Stopped for coffee at Sir Walterโ€™s Cafรฉ
๐Ÿ“ Strolled through Princes Street Gardens
๐Ÿ“ Admired Ross Fountain
๐Ÿ“ Wandered around Dean Village
๐Ÿ“ Walked along the Water of Leith
๐Ÿ“ Explored Circus Lane
๐Ÿ“ Had dinner at The Witchery
๐Ÿ“ Watched the sunset from Calton Hill

One thing that made this itinerary so easy was where I stayed. I checked into Dickins - Homes from Home , a beautiful penthouse just 2 minutes from the Royal Mile. Almost every place on this itinerary was within walking distance, making it the perfect base for exploring Edinburgh without relying on public transport or taxis.

If youโ€™re planning your first visit to Edinburgh, save this itinerary for later. You can experience many of the cityโ€™s most iconic sights, hidden streets and local favourites in just 48 hours.

๐Ÿ“Which of these places would be first on your list?
