Some of our signature dishes, including the Truffle Pudding, BBQ miso Herdwick lamb belly Skewer and Scots Pine doughnuts with dark chocolate sauce will be reimagined with a slightly more relaxed approach.

Secure your spot with a £30 deposit, redeemable against food and drink. We'll have a limited number of walk-in spaces available. Book your space via the link in bio.

New things on our menu at Aulis London, our one Michelin-star chef’s table in the capital.

With just 12 seats, it feels intimate. Every service offers a dynamic and interactive dining experience, where the dishes from our seasonal tasting menu are prepared in front of you and explained at every stage.

We are proud to serve produce grown on in the Lake District's Cartmel Valley, where our growers and chefs decide together what to plant, and when to harvest.

This English Wine Week, we're shining a light on our new all-English wine pairing. It follows on from when we removed non-English sparkling wines from the list entirely - a change led by our restaurant manager and sommelier, Charles Carron Brown, and one that reflects his commitment to British wines and British ingredients.

That commitment hasn't gone unnoticed; last night, Charles was named in the top 25 Sommeliers at this year’s Top 100 Sommeliers UK by Sommelier Edit, recognising his leadership and contribution to sommeliers and hospitality. He's also co-founder of Future Sommeliers, which was launched last night at the awards ceremony, working to inspire and support the next generation entering the industry. As he says, "The future of hospitality isn't in the cellar, it's in the people."

With the sun out, we're celebrating English Wine Week with a glass of something cold and sparkling. Join us at the chef's table.
