SOLVEIG NESETH is a coloratura soprano hailing from Stillwater, Minnesota. She has performed the roles of Yvette in La Rondine, La Fée in Cendrillon, and Lucia in Lucia di Lammermoor. Solveig also has extensive experience in contemporary opera, performing in regional premieres of Michael Daugherty's Jackie O and Nico Muhly's Dark Sisters as Liz Taylor and Lucinda, respectively, as well as performing the lead role of Rosa Carini in the world premiere of Thomas Pasitieri's The Vaudevillian. As a soprano soloist, Solveig has performed in such concert works as Carl Orff's Carmina Burana, Thomas Dubois' Seven Last Words, Gabriel Fauré's Requiem, and George Frideric Handel’s Messiah.
Solveig currently lives in London with her fiancé, where she recently made her professional debut singing the title role of Lucia in Lucia di Lammermoor with Brent Opera in West Hampstead. She received her Master of Music in Opera Performance from Oklahoma City University in 2019, where she also graduated summa cm laude with her Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance in 2017.

POLINA BIELOVA is a mezzo-soprano who came to the UK at the age of 16. She achieved her bachelor degree from Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, and graduated from the David Seligman Opera School of Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama in 2021. While studying in Cardiff she was part of BBC National Chorus of Wales, giving her the opportunity to perform at BBC proms in the Royal Albert Hall in 2018. She performed in the chorus in Dead Man Walking by J.Haggie (WNO,2019) She has been with "York Opera" since 2022. She is looking forward to her role as Lady in Waiting in Verdi's Macbeth in October 2023 followed by her debut in theatre in the play "Sea Stones" written by Tim Murgatroyd and directed by Martin Handsley.

ALEXANDRA STANDING Pianist MA BMus(Hons) DipABRSM
Alex is an active award-winning pianist and chamber musician based in London. After completing an undergraduate in solo piano at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, she specialised in collaborative piano playing. She recently graduated with distinction from the Royal Academy of Music in London, where she studied postgraduate collaborative piano with James Baillieu, Christopher Glynn and Joseph Middleton. During her studies, Alex won the Marjorie Thomas Art of Song prize, and was highly commended for her playing in the Nielsen prize for French Song and the Gerhardt award for Lieder. At graduation she was given the Arthur Hervey award.
Collaborations with new composers has led her to performance opportunities on BBC Radio 3. Alex was a Leeds Lieder Young Artist Duo alongside mezzo-soprano Bernadette Johns in 2020, and gave a recital at Leeds Lieder as a Momentum Young Artist in 2021. She has enjoyed professional répétiteur work with companies such as Waterperry Opera, Royal Academy Opera,Hampstead Garden Opera, the Royal Scottish National Orchestra and The Orchestra of the Age of Enlightment. In 2023 Alex regularly collaborated with the BBC Singers, recently making a recording of Jonathan Dove’s cycle The Passing of the Year in Maida Vale Studios. She has performed at venues including the Wigmore Hall.

GRIGORE RICIU studied singing at the “Academy of Music, Theater and Fine Arts” Moldova. Worked as a Stage Director Assistant and Head of Opera Department, at the National Opera House in Moldova and sang operatic roles including Lensky in Eugene Onegin, Vaudemont in Iolanta, Alfredo in Die Fliedermaus, Gaston’s in Traviata, Casio in Othello, The Emperor in Turandot, Yamadori in Madame Butterfly, Don Curzio in The Marriage of Figaro.
Sang concerts with the Club for Arts and Artists, Opera Kensington, Woolwich Opera Works, London Philharmonic Choir.
In June 2023 Grigore sang Edgardo in Lucia di Lammermoor (Brent Opera).
In May 2024 Grigore will sing Cavaradossi in Rose Opera's Tosca production.

American baritone CONNOR DALTON is a recent graduate of the Royal College of Music, London where he completed his Master’s in Performance in Voice Performance. Praised by Opera Today for ‘producing a big, beefy sound with no strain’ and and his ‘confident dramatic presentation’, Connor recently performed the role Giovanni Belletti in the UK premiere of Libby Larsen’s Barnum’s Bird with the Royal College of Music International Opera Studio. Other roles include: Joseph de Rocher (Dead Man Walking), Marcello (La Bohème), Count Almaviva (Le nozze di Figaro), Le Fauteuil (cover) (L’enfant et les sortiliges), Mr Dollar (La bella dormente nel bosco), and Morpheus in Orpheus in the Underworld.
