A High Court judge has quashed the planning permission Enfield Council granted to Spurs to concrete Whitewebbs Park.
The judge found that Enfield planning department mislead it's own planning committee by hiding comments from it's own Ecology Officer and failing to disclose crucial documents. The judge ruled that Enfield also prejudiced the public's right to challenge the planning application by the withholding of the crucial ecological evidence preventing a proper discussion at the planning committee meeting in Feb 2025.
It's been a long fight but we have seen off Daniel Levy, seen off the then Labour administration in Enfield and now we have sent Spurs packing.
If Spurs really support women's football then they can lift their s*x ban on the 17 world class training pitches they already have in Enfield.
Meanwhile Enfield council's planning department needs a total shake up to prevent this kind of shocking, costly shambles ever happening again.
