This term, the Centre will be closed every Friday.
Please call Monday-Thursday with any queries or bookings.
There are plans afoot for more events this term.

Attention Everyone.
Please note, and tell others, that from this term, starting 7th September, ALL activities move to Bethnal Green! There will be no cafe service there, either. Call the Office with any queries, but don't turn up at Bow on a Tuesday.
Cafe available at Bethnal Green Centre as usual.

Friday 14th August; Advance Notice of another Lunch and Quiz. Pie and Mash this time! Booking not yet open, but note the date
