Bigger dog, bigger cuddles 🧡

Ad/ is working to challenge some of the misconceptions around big dogs, because their size doesn’t necessarily tell you anything about their personality, needs or what they’re like to live with 🐶

Meet 5 month-old Hector, a Doberman cross, who I had the chance to spend some time with at Battersea 🧡

Dogs are such an important part of our communities. Can you imagine how many fewer people would speak to each other if we didn’t have dogs to walk?

Those people you see regularly or new people you meet just because your dogs fancied a sniff, you’d possibly never speak to them otherwise.

Niall Harbison is running 5km every hour for 24 hours today (which is INSANE) to raise money for Tina’s hospital, a place where vulnerable street dogs will receive the care they need 🙏 Niall and Happy Doggo are trying to raise $1m to partly cover the funds needed for the build. I am looking forward to meeting him today and do one of the runs with him, he is an inspiration! If you’d like to donate the link is in my bio or on my story 🧡

He gave her a reason to go outside again

Ad/ Meet Alex and Guinness 🤎

Alex told me how amazing Guinness is with people and especially with children.

When Alex lost her 14 year-old pug, who she described as her soulmate, she found it incredibly difficult. Guinness came into her life and gave her a reason to get outside, breathe in the fresh air and start finding those little moments of happiness again.

She told me she loves that time with Guinness, just heading out together, switching off and disappearing into their own little world for a while.

Guinness was running around doing his own thing, but happily posed for a few shots with the help of some treats from Tails.com 😋
