Struggling with the US Visa DS-160 photo upload errors? 🇺🇸 🛑
The US Department of State enforces strict digital specifications. If your image is not an exact 1:1 square ratio, fails the 600x600px to 1200x1200px pixel range, or exceeds the maximum 240KB file size, the portal will instantly reject it.
Don't guess the compression! Get a 100% compliant digital file here:

If you already have a photo but are getting "file bloat" or compression errors, use our Same-Day Remote Resizing Service. Our technicians will manually adjust the pixel crop and formatting to ensure it passes the official validator.
Prefer to skip the technical stress completely? Just walk into our Paddington studio. We use specialized equipment to map your exact eye-line and head height to official US guidelines.
