This year’s theme, Building Value Beyond Volume, will spark conversations around quality, innovation, sustainability and the future of the industry - all subjects that are close to our hearts at Key.

We’re looking forward to three days of sharing ideas, catching up with familiar faces and making plenty of new connections along the way.

A great evening celebrating the people, teams and independent spirit that keep our industry moving - with plenty of familiar faces from the Key team there to enjoy it all!

A huge congratulations to Cooking Vinyl on winning Best Catalogue Release for Alan Parsons’ I Robot (Super Deluxe Edition) - a project we were proud to manufacture the box set and vinyl editions for.

And congratulations to Because Music on taking home Best Independent Label!

We’re celebrating two releases we’ve worked on with the team at AWAL - FKJ'S 'Tyber' and Wasia Project’s 'Nocturne'.

For Tyber, we worked on the Rainbow Sparkle LP, a webstore-exclusive variant bringing an extra dose of colour and collectability to FKJ’s latest album.

Then there’s Wasia Project's Nocturne, a clear double vinyl produced using injection moulded PET rather than traditional PVC. Injection moulding offers an alternative approach to vinyl manufacturing, using PET and requiring significantly less energy to manufacture than conventional vinyl pressing.

It’s also a great example of how alternative manufacturing methods can open up new possibilities for the physical format, without compromising on the finished product.

Two very different records, but both show how the physical format can become part of an album’s creative identity.

A big shoutout to the AWAL team, and congratulations to FKJ and Wasia Project on their releases.

Huge congratulations to Ezra Collective on reaching the top spot with "Here Because of Hope"!

We’re proud to have manufactured the physical release, bringing the album to life across four different vinyl artwork variants and CD.

It’s brilliant to see such a creative physical campaign rewarded with a No. 1 - congratulations to Ezra Collective, Partisan Records and everyone involved in the release.

We’ll have plenty of Key voices on the ground in Hamburg, with Andreas, Jules, Felix, Tim and Karen all joining the festival.

We’re particularly looking forward to opening the doors to KEYOSK and celebrating the launch of our new Hamburg office with the brilliant Key Production EU team.

Come and get hands-on with physical music, have a spin through the records on the turntable and, of course, grab a drink with us.

Meet Andreas Kohl, our European Operations Manager and resident vinyl guru.

From strong opinions about humidity and black vinyl to spindle tolerances and the many opportunities for something tiny to go wrong, Andreas knows the physical music process inside out. Swipe through to discover the records that remind him why he does it... and the wonderfully impractical extra he’d add to his own custom release.

Andreas will be out at Reeperbahn Festival this September. He’ll join Karen Emanuel OBE at Music Frontiers on 18 September to discuss the physical music renaissance, and is also a member of the jury for this year’s VIA Awards (VUT Indie Awards), taking place on 17 September.

You can also meet Andreas and the wider Key Production EU team at KEYOSK as we celebrate the opening of our new Hamburg office. Which is also a great chance to see the new Sternbrücke!
