The brand new Euro 7 generation of S58s are here and already testing our patience for one glaringly obvious reason..if you haven't already spotted the main issue, all will be revealed later this week.

Say hello to a brand new Eventuri intake! Our Gen 3 B58 intake builds on our acclaimed G20 B58 system, updated specifically for the 2025+ platform. The design focuses on two key factors for turbocharged engines: maximising airflow while minimising intake temperatures.

With the intake positioned close to the exhaust manifold, effective heat management is critical. Our fully sealed airbox isolates the intake from engine-bay heat and incorporates a gold-reflective heat shield to reduce radiant heat transfer. During development, we also identified an additional opening into the wheel arch, allowing us to introduce a secondary fresh-air feed to increase airflow into the sealed airbox.
The airbox is maximised in volume within the available space, with a recessed section to accommodate potential strut braces.

A smooth carbon fibre intake tube replaces the factory convoluted design, starting at 111 mm (4.4″) internal diameter and smoothly tapering to the OEM turbo elbow for an uninterrupted flow path.
Completing the system is a custom high-flow dry filter with a larger filtration area than stock and ISO-tested filtration performance.

The result is an intake system engineered to deliver the B58 turbocharger a cooler, higher-volume and less restrictive supply of air.

Welcome to day 1 of our BILSTER BERG brand experience day! Together with the help of our friends from TUNINGTEILE.DE we are putting on our third event at this amazing track.

Yesterday the weather held out for an amazing track session as the sun went down followed by a short presentation from Imran Arshad Bilal Mahmood and Alex Nelson and rounded out with a serious BBQ.

Our brand new Eventuri Turbo tube for the GR Yaris & Corolla is here!

The Eventuri Carbon Turbo Tube for the Toyota GR Yaris and GR Corolla has been engineered to provide the turbocharger with a less restrictive supply of air, improving response and allowing peak boost to be achieved earlier in the RPM range.

Our development objective was clear: increase the available air volume while maintaining a smooth, laminar airflow path. Achieving both required a complete redesign of the factory turbo inlet, carefully balancing increased capacity with optimised flow characteristics.

Following extensive development and testing, we increased the internal volume of the turbo tube from 1,300cm³ to 2,200cm³—an increase of almost 70%. Much of this gain comes from the lower section of the tube around the critical bend leading into the turbocharger. The OEM component is particularly restrictive in this area, whereas our redesigned geometry creates a significantly larger air reservoir immediately before the turbo. This encapsulated volume of air allows the turbocharger to draw from a less restrictive source, reducing wastegate duty cycle and delivering a noticeably sharper throttle response.

The primary tube is manufactured from prepreg carbon fibre, providing exceptional rigidity to eliminate the possibility of deformation under the vacuum generated by the turbocharger. It connects seamlessly to a bespoke nitrile elbow, which mates to a precision CNC-machined aluminium fl**ge that bolts directly to the turbo.

Designed with future upgrades in mind, the system features a modular CNC-machined fl**ge. This allows compatibility with larger hybrid turbochargers by simply replacing the fl**ge, with alternative options available separately.
