A dish that deserves its own post🙌

Our Chicken Ballotine is a traditional French classic however at Embankment Kitchen we do dishes slightly differently. ✨

The chicken is stuffed with mozzarella, spinach and pesto then wrapped in Parma ham to give it a true Italian twist. Accompanied with a potato & Parma ham terrine and finished with a creamy chicken & mushroom sauce.
