The wait is over… it’s the first game of the season! 🔥

North Manchester RUFC head to rossendalerugby this afternoon to kick off the new season.

Now that we’ve finally recovered from our La Dolce Vita Ladies Day, we thought we’d share a few snippets of the event! 🍋🇮🇹

Thank you, from the whole club, for coming along, supporting the lads against Marple RUFC (which they won!), participating in our raffles and mystery envelopes, buying drinks whether at the bar or our Spritz Bar and helping us raise a great amount of money for our club! 👏

We’d also like to say a huge thank you to Jennie Farnell and Hannah Vidler for the organising, planning and turning our club into the Amalfi Coast 🇮🇹

Also thank you to Lewis Barnes (Big Lew’s Big Scrans 🥩) for feeding us with his Italian spread and Scott(io) Cooper for entertaining us and getting everybody up dancing 🪩

We also want to thank Phil Pugh, Colin Robinson, Craig Brady, Max Belmore, Luke Bromby and Ellie Barnes for all your help on the night, whether it be ensuring everything was running smoothly, running the Spritz Bar or selling raffle tickets 🍋

We can’t forget Young Colin, who worked the bar for the whole event and then absolutely smashed it on karaoke to finish the night 👏

A massive thank you also goes to everyone who generously donated prizes, gifts and goodies for our hampers, raffles and mystery envelopes. Your donations helped make them such a huge part of the day and we really appreciate your support of the club! 🎁🍋

And finally, a huge thank you to everyone who came along and made the day what it was. From the food and spritzes to the rugby, raffles, dancing and karaoke, it was a brilliant day from start to finish! 💃🏻🍋🇮🇹

The countdown is nearly over, ladies! 💚⚫

We’re bringing a little taste of Italy to the Tudor Lodge tomorrow, with rugby, Italian food, refreshing spritzes, live music and plenty of good vibes!

🥂 Don’t forget, all guests will receive a welcome Bellini on arrival!

Our DJ has unfortunately had to cancel, but don’t worry, we’ll still be bringing the party after 9pm with karaoke and plenty of fun! 🎤🍹

Here’s the plan for a brilliant day and night. Get your glad rags ready, and we’ll see you tomorrow! 🇮🇹🍋

Ladies Day at North Manchester RUFC is nearly here, and we’re getting ready for a day (and night!) that we think you’re going to love. 🇮🇹

🏉 Rugby first! We’ll be taking on Marple RUFC before the celebrations really get underway.

Then we’re bringing a little bit of Italy to the Tudor Lodge… 🇮🇹

🍾 Welcome Bellinis after the rugby for the ladies
🍹 Spritz Bar with Aperol, Hugo and Limoncello Spritz just £7
⏰ During our Aperitivo Hour, it’s 2 for £10!
🍝 An Italian feast by our very own Big Lew’s Big Scrans (Lewis Barnes)
🎶 Get ready to get up and dance to That’s Amore as Scott Cooper takes to the stage for a few hours of live music
🎧 DJ Dandemic will then take over and see us through the rest of the night
🎤 And yes… we fully expect to see you all getting involved with the karaoke!

And because it wouldn’t be a North Manchester RUFC event without giving something back, there’ll be numerous raffles throughout the day and night, with plenty of chances to win while helping raise money for the club.

So whether you’re joining us for the rugby, the food, the drinks, the music, the dancing, the karaoke… or all of the above, get yourselves ready.
