Congratulations to young team member Joseph on his first podium in Junior Rotax. A great result in a mega competitive field of drivers 🏆🏁

What a great weekend with the cayman for the team. Another podium in race race after a thrilling race finishing just half a second behind the winner 🏆 🏁

And it’s a win for race 2 in what turned out to be an eventful race of 2 parts. Starting from 2nd on the grid Steve made a blistering start to take the lead into the first corner only for the red flag to come out due to a Boxster turning over out of the 3rd turn. On the restart Warren the pole sitter jumped the start earning a 10 second penalty with Steve coming home just over 2 seconds behind to take the win. Steve now starts from pole in the 40 minute race tomorrow, let’s hope we can keep up the podium streak 🏁🤞

We’re at Croft today for the Calm Porsche Trophy with our Cayman. A damp qualifying with the wrong tyres on and a misfire resulted in Steve starting a lowly 10th on the grid but by the 2nd lap Steve was up to 2nd and held that until the flag. One more sprint race to go at 5:30 then a 40 minute race tomorrow. Wish us luck 🏁

We’ve took the engine out of our 996 GT3 Cup car for a full check over after it took some stick at Daytona. Glad to report the gearbox is like a Swiss watch inside, just some oil seals to replace. 🤞 the engines in the same condition. Some great Porsche engineering even in these early Cup cars.

Our first race of the season will be with the Cayman next weekend at Croft in the Calm Trophy but we’ve already been out with Joseph’s kart in Junior Rotax at Hooton Park where he finished a respectable 6th place. Still lots of setup work to do though before his next race.
