So now the time has come for me to write the post I knew I had to write, but have been putting off. This weekend will be our final one stood behind the bar serving you all. A little tiny bar that's shuts at 6:30 and everyone said it would never work. Well we all proved them wrong. We have got to know you all and you have known us and all our boys who all worked here at one time and have eased our worries when the s**t hits the fan just as we have yours. You have helped us brighten up other peoples lives with your support of our chosen charity, Wood St we asked you for gifts and we delivered them in carloads in time for Christmas. That charity box has helped countless people so hats off to you for all your amazing efforts.
We have had the pleasure of owning the bar for 20 years, serving you personally for the last 10. And what a blast we have had. Thank you all for your support and the lifelong friendships we have made along the way and quite a few we are happy to forget😉
You have all been amazing in your support, loyalty and friendship and we are very grateful to of shared many life journeys with you. Now it's time for our next adventure
And so we hand it over to Eddie, thank you for being an amazing employee and now you gonna be an amazing boss just don't smash all the glasses! we know he will be fantastic and we know you will support him as you have us. So make sure your at his first October fest
