So tonight was another amazing turn out just short of fifty kids again but it was also a very sad night for the club as we said goodbye to Coach Nell in the good old Blackley Rangers Family tradition.

Nell has been an amazing Coach working hard with the kids at club and I'm sure all at the club will miss her but also wish her all the very best as she starts the next chapter in her life. The kids and everyone at the club will miss you Nell. Dont forget where we are as you will always be part of the Blackley Rangers Family🏉 ❤️🏉

So first away game of the season and these two girls got opposition player of the match for tag rugby and contact rugby. Amazing job Storm-Lizzie and Lottie keep up the good work. E-ACT Blackley Academy look - the girls ( and the lads )did very well !

More pics to follow!!

You know you are doing things right when you get the great Fiji Rugby 🏉 following Blackley Rangers RUFC

So Today was a really special day for Blackley Rangers RUFC with their 1st ever home game against Oldham Rugby Union - ORUFC . Our year 4 player took on theirs and both teams did amazing. The ball went backwards forward , kids went backwards forwards sideways , tries were scored and tackles made . The score - i couldn't count the number of smiles on the pitch.

What did our other ages do ? Well they had a big game of TAG rugby , did a daft assault course and smiled nearly as much as the parents watching and occasionally joining in .

Afterwards we even managed to sort out some grub and drinks courtesy of Ryder & Dutton Estate Agents and LWC Drinks . Thankyou to MCRparks and Moston juniors for giving us a chance !

We even got to meet the newest recruit to the parks department- Yves who the kids welcomed in usual Rangers style !!

Come and give us a go on a Tuesday evening between 6pm and 7.15 ish on the pitch inside the running track. All reception ,primary and yr 7 boys and girls welcome.
