RPS and New Hampshire Ball Bearings (NHBB) strike success again! 🤝
We recently project-managed a series of high-volume CNC recruitment events across NHBB's Chatsworth (CA) and Peterborough (NH) sites, and the turnout was incredible!
Organising and hosting the open days alongside NHBB's hiring team, we attracted a large number of candidates and kept the energy high by providing the attendees with free doughnuts and vouchers for participation. 🍩
The results:
✅ 54 attendees across the two open days
✅ 38 candidates offered a range of CNC machining positions
✅ All new hires onboarded within 4 weeks

An afternoon at the Ally Pally (also known as the RPS office!!)🎯
Last Friday, we rounded off a successful summer with an early finish and a day of fancy dress, food, drinks and a competitive darts tournament!
After two record months this summer, this is our way of recognising the team's efforts and consistent hard work.

At our recent open day with NHBB, we brought local job seekers and hiring managers together, allowing candidates to meet the team, see the workplace, and learn more about the roles on offer, all in one day.
