6 dance classes in a week 💃🏻 What a beautiful class by II SIDES TRAINING . 2.5 hours of dancing and I can’t wait to do it again!

1.5 chin-ups… and I managed 2 yesterday! 😄 Time to start training pull-ups too.

I started taking weight training more seriously last month. Looking back, I managed 26 workouts of all sorts in June. Consistency really does add up.

One thing that made the past few months absolutely amazing was that I started dancing again. I love heels and commercial so much 😭

I still don’t really know why this post blew up last month 🤔

It had been sitting in my phone since last year, and I only posted it because the quote really resonated with me.

It’s so easy to think success happens overnight. But just like flowers, everyone blooms in their own time.

You might see someone suddenly go viral or become successful, without seeing the years of experimenting, revising and quietly putting in the work beforehand.

I’ve been reminding myself to keep my head down, try different things, keep adjusting, and not be too quick to judge whether something is “working”.

Eventually you find something that clicks. Then the hard part is simply having the patience to keep going. 🌼
