🐝 We've certainly been busy bees!

Summer is our busiest time of year for us. Saying goodbye to our tenants that are leaving and preparing for our new tenants.

We get a bit sad saying goodbye to our outgoing tenants. We hope they leave with wonderful memories, lifelong friendships, and plenty of stories to tell from living in one of our houses.

At the same time, we're excited to welcome a new group of students who are about to start a brand new adventure.

This video gives you a glimpse of one of our six-bedroom student houses in Nottingham, all ready for the next academic year. Every bit of hard work is worth it when we know we're helping create a place where new memories will be made.

Things are now starting to get a bit messy 😍

The wonderful team at PB Kitchen Installations will join us next week to work their magic and start getting us back in order 🧑‍🔧🧑‍🔧

This property should be ready to hit the rental market at the beginning of March 🤞
