LABOURER / FENCER WANTED
Our client in Middlesbrough are looking for a reliable Labourer / Fencer to join the team working on new build housing developments.
The role will include
Fencing and general labouring
Soft landscaping and groundworks
Turfing, planting and soil preparation
General landscaping duties around new build properties
Keeping work areas clean and tidy Working as part of a small, hardworking team
You must have
A full UK driving licence
Be 21+ years old for insurance purposes
A valid CSCS card
Previous fencing, landscaping or construction experience preferred
A good work ethic and reliable attitude
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
If you are hardworking, reliable and looking for regular work on new build projects.
Hours of work are Monday to friday 8am-4pm

Labourer – Site Cabin Refurbishment
Our client, based in Stockton, is currently looking for a Labourer to join their team on an ongoing basis. This role has the potential to run through to the end of the year for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will assist with the preparation, refurbishment and maintenance of site cabins, carrying out a variety of practical tasks, including:
Removing and replacing plasterboard sheets.
Sanding, preparing and painting internal and external walls.
Removing and replacing PVC trims within the cabins.
Carrying out basic joinery, including making frames for new windows.
General maintenance and repair work.
Removing and replacing wooden flooring.
General housekeeping and keeping work areas clean and tidy.
Cleaning and mopping out units once refurbishment work has been completed.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking with a good eye for detail and the ability to work as part of a team. Previous experience in construction, refurbishment, maintenance or a similar environment would be advantageous.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9 hours per day £13.50ph if interested please send a cv to [email protected]
