Jodie is the heart of our team – funny, kind, approachable, and an all-round fantastic boss. She keeps everything running smoothly and is the first point of contact for all client enquiries and quotations, making sure every project gets off to the best possible start.
Whether she’s helping clients bring their ideas to life or keeping the team motivated with her great sense of humour, Jodie brings passion and positivity to everything she does.
Fun fact: Jodie has one very strong opinion... Tomato ketchup should be banned! 🍅🚫

Over the years, people have often asked what the 'Q' in Q Design stands for. Today, however, as Q Design has evolved into an all-female team, the 'Q' has taken on a new meaning. More than ever, it stands for Queen — celebrating the talented, creative, and dedicated women who are the heart of our business.

A pre Christmas celebration today at team Q. We had an epic buffet, secret Santa gifts and a cheeky glass of fizz! The last day of 2025 we’re all together, so celebrated the year in style! A massive thank you to my team who really are the best, and all our clients and friends who continue to support us! Looking forward to another chaotic, successful and fun year at team Q in 2026! 🎄 Merry Christmas everyone!

Today it was our very own Simon’s birthday! Apparently 24 but possibly his ‘stage age’ rather than his real age! He got to spend the day with his Q girls, with a personalised hamper and his fave homemade lemon cheesecake !

I think it's safe to say that their founder and director, Tom Judge, is over the moon and is raring to go on his 1400 mile walk carrying a fridge on his back! We wish him and Kev all the best on their epic journey, raising awareness and money for UK mental health.

First Contact UK Mental Health are excited to show off their new office signage which Q Design have designed and printed.

We are proud to support this amazing local charity, who campaign for awareness of Mental Health and provide support to those who need it.

Founder Tom Judge and colleague Kev Wilcox are aiming to walk 1,400 miles (2,250km) with a fridge strapped to their backs to raise mental health awareness and charity funds.

They have been causing a stir while training in north-east England for their walk from Middlesbrough to Benidorm in Spain. The pair will set off on 30 August and they aim to spark meaningful conversations while walking 22.3 miles (about 36km) every day of their 12-week journey.

Mr Judge explained how the fridge symbolised the weight and struggle that people suffering with mental health issues endured every day, adding that people had opened up when they saw the pair doing something unusual.
