I’m Karla, CEO of The Protection Parent 👋🏻

I started TPP because I wanted to do insurance DIFFERENTLY and somehow it’s turned into a full team, an office and me having approximately 700 ideas a day

I absolutely love what I do and I never stop talking about global treatment…hence me being the UK’s No1 advisor 💁🏻‍♀️

When I’m not working (which isn’t very often) I’m usually with my husband and three kids doing some sort of activities - ADHD brain cannot sit still 😂

Some people would say I’m quite chaotic, but I think I’m just passionate 😏

Very proud of what we’ve built at The Protection Parent and VERY excited for what’s next

The number we have done this month I dreamed of 5 years ago

This level of insurance to be submitted in one month is UNBELIEVABLE!

Not buying leads ❌

Just social media, recommendations and good old fashion HARD WORK

I am really emotional typing this because I remember writing down this figure on my 5 year plan back in 2020

It took me an extra year to achieve it but the main thing is it’s been done 💥

I might have dreamed of this target alone but it’s been achieved as a team

I am very lucky to have the women I do beside me every step of the way 🤍

And what perfect timing to celebrate our success

Tomorrow they fly to Dubai & we have an itinerary of dreams planned ✈️ 🇦🇪

And a bloody well deserved reward for every minute of effort put into making The Protection Parent the beauty of a business it is today

Next up is our Sophie… the newest AND youngest member of the TPP team 💁🏽‍♀️

She is an absolute machine, a silent assassin always smashing through work… with a RedBull never too far away⚡️

When she isn’t knee deep in insurance she will be on a beach somewhere, sunning it up ☀️

She has fit into the team like a glove & we are so very lucky to have her 💎

She is the fast becoming the application expert and we can’t wait to see her grow with TPP 💜

You blink and your firstborn is now a giant manchild doing his GCSEs with too much facial hair & wanting to go to FIVE Palm to watch a DJ 🫠

But I cannot express how proud I am of him & the man he is becoming, he has the kindest nature, the biggest heart & is absolutely hilarious…I am the luckiest Mam alive to have birthed you 😍

(But you will forever be my squidgy bum 🥹)

WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF YOU COULDN’T WORK FOR MONTHS?

She keeps everything running behind the scenes and is always calm and collected… even when she’s got about 700 things going on at once 😂

She’s come such a long way since joining us at 16 and is a HUGE part of TPP
