We are celebrating a huge achievement for Toby, who has been working hard on his weight loss journey and what an incredible transformation!

Toby has now lost an amazing 14.7kg, which is an incredible 38.7% of his body weight 👏

A massive well done to Toby’s owners, who have done a fantastic job supporting him every step of the way. Weight loss takes commitment, consistency and teamwork, and they have worked incredibly hard to help Toby reach this milestone 💚

Maintaining a healthy weight isn’t just about how our pets look, carrying excess weight can increase the risk of a number of health problems, including joint and mobility issues, diabetes, heart and breathing problems. From October we will email your written prescriptions directly to your chosen pharmacy 👩‍💻💊

If you would like to order medication from an online pharmacy, please let us know which pharmacy you'd like your prescription sent to & we will send this by email for you.

This will help speed things up and keeps everything accurate and secure.

Choosing a safe & reliable online pet pharmacy? Here’s a handy tip:

✅Check the pharmacy is VMD accredited and that the retailer is on the gov.uk website as an approved seller.

Medications are always available at the practice pharmacy for urgent/ immediate use or next day for most medications for your convenience.

We just wanted to give all our Kibbles Club members a quick reminder about your monthly subscription. ❤️

Kibbles Club is a monthly health care plan, currently £22.50 per month, with payments continuing while your membership remains active.

If you no longer wish to be part of Kibbles Club, for example, you have moved practice, or you simply no longer want the plan, please let our team know so we can arrange for your membership to be cancelled.

If we aren’t notified, your membership can remain active and the monthly payments can continue to accrue if payment isn’t successfully collected. This can result in an outstanding balance building up on your account.

We really don’t want anyone to be caught out by this, so please get in touch with us if you think you have a Kibbles Club membership that you no longer need, or if you’re unsure about the status of your account. 🐶🐱
