So yesterday I was helping an installation partner upgrade his home system from a Powermaster 10 to an IQ hub. Using his existing sensors saved on cost while giving the benefits. The installer programmed his system using the main panel and walking it around the house with him making really easy and saving time.
If you fit Powermaster already are you making your existing customers aware of this latest technology and asking for thoughts?

Everyday is an adventure at the moment and things are getting busy busy.. I have been doing this over 20 years now and have seen so much change. The conversations I’m having with installers now are about they can grow a customer base and create ongoing revenue.
It’s a known fact that it is easier to retain an existing customer than it is to go and get a new one. Why then not focus on customer retention rather than waiting for an enquiry?
