Already know the basics of ACT and ready to go deeper?

ACT II, an online course from Cardiff University, explores what happens when Acceptance and Commitment Therapy is brought to life in real clinical contexts. Using presentations such as anxiety, depression, OCD, addiction, chronic pain and trauma as themes, we focus on the underlying processes that cut across human experience rather than diagnostic labels.

Together, over 10 weeks, we’ll explore psychological flexibility, therapist stance, compassion, curiosity, case material, experiential exercises and reflective practice, helping you develop a more grounded and confident way of using ACT in the real world.
If you’re ready to deepen your ACT practice and see the Hexaflex as a living lens rather than a diagram, we’d love to have you join us.

Some snaps from our members event yesterday. Amazing talks on DBT, Outcome Sets and when less is more when it comes to intervention. I especially enjoyed Archie Joe Wilton hearing how much Archie has progressed with the support of his amazing home programme with Craig's Choice Consultancy

This presentation looks at both the theoretical underpinnings and practical application of Values in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). There will be an exploration of how to explore and clarify values with clients. This clarification process is followed by letting values lead the way in shifting towards more meaning and purpose in behaviours and living.
