TARC Electrical

⚡ Out with the old. In with the protection.

Your consumer unit (fuseboard) isn't exactly the most exciting thing in your home...
…but it's one of the most important. 👀

This old fuseboard was ready for an upgrade, so we replaced it with a modern consumer unit offering improved protection and a much tidier installation.

Because a fuseboard change isn't just about making it look nicer.

It's about making sure your electrical system has the right protection when something goes wrong.

🍦 Some customers ask for a job well done…

Others make sure we don't melt while doing it. 😂☀️

A floodlight installed, an ice lolly supplied and suddenly we're feeling very appreciated! 😎⚡

We've genuinely got some of the best customers around, and it's little gestures like this that remind us why we love what we do.

So this one isn't about the electrics.

It's about saying THANK YOU ❤️

To everyone who has trusted TARC Electrical with their homes, businesses and projects — we appreciate every single one of you.

Now... back to work before the ice lolly melts. 😂🍦

👀 You probably won’t ever notice this…

…and that’s exactly how it should be.

We recently installed dedicated sockets beneath this kitchen sink to safely power a dishwasher and boiling water tap.

It might not be the most glamorous part of a kitchen renovation, but it’s one of the most important.

✅ Neat installation
✅ Safe, accessible power
✅ Designed with practicality in mind
✅ Installed to a professional standard

The best electrical work isn’t about flashy finishes—it’s about getting the details right, even in the places nobody looks.

Whether you’re renovating your kitchen or adding new appliances, TARC Electrical ensures everything is installed safely, neatly, and ready for years of reliable use.

💨 Condensation on your windows?

🚫 Black mould creeping into the corners of rooms?

That isn’t just annoying—it could be a sign your home isn’t getting enough fresh air.

A Positive Input Ventilation (PIV) system works quietly in the background, gently introducing filtered fresh air into your home to help reduce condensation, control moisture, and improve indoor air quality.

The benefits?
✅ Helps reduce condensation
✅ Helps prevent mould growth
✅ Fresher, cleaner air
✅ Quiet, low-maintenance operation
✅ A healthier, more comfortable home

It’s one of those upgrades you don’t really notice… until you realise your windows aren’t dripping every morning.

If you’re constantly wiping down windows or battling mould, it might be time to look at the cause—not just the symptoms.

📩 Get in touch with TARC Electrical to find out if a PIV system is the right solution for your home.

🚨 The one thing you hope you never need…

…is the one thing you should never ignore.

Smoke alarms are your home’s first line of defence, but they don’t last forever. As they age, their sensors become less reliable, meaning they may not respond as quickly—or at all—when it matters most.

We recently replaced these outdated smoke alarms with new, reliable units to help keep this home protected.

✅ Reliable detection
✅ Professional installation
✅ Peace of mind

It’s a small upgrade that could make a life-saving difference.

If your smoke alarms are over 10 years old, constantly beeping, or you’re not sure when they were last replaced, it might be time for an upgrade.

👀 Ever wondered what’s hiding behind your fuse board cover?

Most people never see the inside of their consumer unit… and honestly, that’s probably a good thing. ⚡

This fuse board upgrade brings:
✅ Improved electrical safety
✅ Modern circuit protection
✅ Better fault detection
✅ Compliance with current regulations
✅ Greater peace of mind

Your fuse board is the heart of your electrical system. If it’s outdated, damaged, or lacking modern protection, your home could be more vulnerable to electrical faults than you realise.

We’re proud to show you the work we hide. Because good electrical work isn’t just what you see on the outside—it’s what’s protecting you behind the scenes.
