BMW M4 F82 (2018) – Stage 1 Performance Package

This 2018 BMW M4 F82, powered by the S55 3.0L Twin-Turbo engine, visited Ramzy Performance for a complete Stage 1 package.

Equipped with the Bosch MEVD17.2.G ECU and Getrag 7-Speed DCT, the vehicle first underwent comprehensive diagnostics and live data logging. We monitored ignition timing, knock correction, fuel trims (STFT/LTFT), lambda, boost pressure, intake temperatures, fuel pressure and wastegate operation. The logs confirmed a healthy engine with excellent timing, stable boost and healthy fuel trims, allowing us to safely optimise the calibration.

Performance Results:
• Standard: 431HP | 550Nm
• Stage 1: 500HP | 680Nm
• Gain: +69HP | +130Nm

The Stage 1 ECU calibration delivers sharper throttle response, significantly stronger mid-range torque and smoother power delivery while maintaining OEM reliability.

We also calibrated the Getrag 7-Speed DCT TCU, providing faster gear changes, increased clutch clamping pressure, optimised shift strategy, improved launch control and quicker paddle response, ensuring the gearbox performs seamlessly with the increased power.

To complete the package, we installed the BMW GTS Performance Flash, which includes revised Active M Differential, GTS steering calibration and optimised DSC software, improving traction, steering precision and overall driving dynamics.

At Ramzy Performance, every vehicle is thoroughly data logged before and after calibration to ensure safe, reliable and repeatable performance—not just bigger numbers.

Custom Stage 1 ECU Calibration – MINI Cooper S F56 2.0T

This MINI Cooper S was in with us for a custom Stage 1 ECU calibration, developed specifically for the vehicle using live data logging throughout the tuning process.

Performance

* 192 HP / 280 Nm → 260 HP / 400 Nm

During the calibration we continuously monitored boost pressure, ignition timing, knock correction, lambda, fuel pressure, fuel trims, intake temperatures, engine load, throttle position and turbo operation. Each revision was refined using the logged data to ensure safe, consistent performance.

The result is a much stronger and more responsive MINI with improved throttle response, a wider torque band and smooth power delivery, while maintaining OEM drivability and reliability. *Reg Plate removed with AI

AUDI A4 2.0 TDI | STAGE 1 ECU CALIBRATION

A recent calibration completed on this Audi A4 2.0 TDI equipped with the Bosch EDC17C46 engine management system.

📊 Results:
▪️ Power 177HP ➡️ 225HP
▪️ Torque 380Nm ➡️ 460Nm

The goal wasn’t simply to increase peak power figures, but to optimise torque delivery, improve engine efficiency, and enhance drivability throughout the rev range.
