Ganache a cake with us!
We’re using our Ready to Decorate White Ganache to fill and cover two of our 6" Vanilla Sponges for a smooth, clean finish – no need to make your ganache from scratch!
To make this cake, we’ve used:
- 1 x 700g Ready to Decorate White Ganache
- 2 x 6" Round Vanilla Sponges
- Scraper
Simply warm the ganache to the right consistency, fill and stack your sponges, then apply and scrape until desired finished is reached.
And the best bit? Once decorated and removed from the fridge, our ganache covered cakes have a 5-day shelf life – giving you plenty of time to decorate, deliver and enjoy.
