We are delighted to announce James Cresswell, Key Account Manager, is our Employee of the Month for August! James has been recognised for his success in securing several strategically significant contract wins over the past few weeks with both existing and new clients alike. Hazel Burns, Event Services Director, commented ‘Huge congratulations James, this is deserved recognition for your hard work and the way you always demonstrate your commitment to putting our clients and their events at the heart of everything you do.

Say hello to Jim one of our Senior Project Managers. Jim is known for his attention to detail, calm approach under pressure, and he really does make pretty good brew too. When he's not delivering our larger events, you'll find him renovating his house, spending time with family, or enjoying live music. We're lucky to have him as part of the Quadrant family.

Happy International Dog Day! Today we're celebrating the furry members of the extended Quadrant family who keep tails wagging and spirits high. Our four-legged friends are always there to help us get outdoors and recharge after a busy event day. Here's to the dogs who keep us active, grounded, and endlessly entertained.

We're celebrating an incredible milestone for Julie Harrison, our Financial Controller, who marks 20 years with Quadrant Events! Julie's journey is one we're incredibly proud of. Starting with us as a receptionist, she has worked her way through the business before progressing to her current position as Financial Controller. Through hard work, determination and a fantastic attitude, Julie has built an amazing career at Quadrant and become a hugely valued member of our team. We love seeing our people grow and develop, and Julie's story is a wonderful example of what can be achieved when talent, commitment and opportunity come together. To thank her for her dedication over the last two decades, we surprised Julie with a cake and a well-deserved spa voucher. Congratulations, Julie, and thank you for 20 amazing years. We're lucky to have you as part of the Quadrant family!

Maintaining the highest quality standards isn't just about having the right technology, it's about having a skilled team with the expertise to make every event a success. This week, some of our technical team have been training on our new Allen & Heath Avantis audio desk. After all, great audio is at the heart of every successful event!

A big well done to the newest members of our Operations team, who have recently completed their Toyota stacker truck training. The training combined both classroom theory and practical hands-on experience in our warehouse, giving the team the knowledge and confidence to operate equipment safely and efficiently. Safety is at the heart of everything we do and ensuring our team is properly trained not only supports a safe working environment but also helps us maintain the high standards our clients expect when delivering events across the UK.

Congratulations to Mark on being named our July Employee of the Month for his outstanding contribution towards obtaining our ISO 27001 accreditation. This important milestone reflects our commitment to keeping client and company information secure, and Mark's dedication, attention to detail and hard work were instrumental in making it happen. Thank you, Mark, for going above and beyond to support the team and help drive the business forward.
