Project spotlight: 189-bedroom student accommodation in Oxford.
Our team delivered the full RIBA Stage 5 mechanical design and coordination package, with the scheme developed entirely within a 3D BIM environment.
From MVHR and MEV systems to domestic water, communal ventilation, air conditioning, and Hot Water Heat Pump plant design, every element was coordinated with installation in mind.
