TGS Mapperley

REST. RECOVER. REPEAT.

The bit between sets matters as much as the sets. Room to sit down, catch your breath and go again — no one hovering for your bench.

PULL YOUR WEIGHT.

Pull-up bar, early doors, nobody waiting. Tuesday sessions at TGS Mapperley are exactly this quiet — which is the point of capping how many members we take.

WHERE THE PROS TRAIN.

Bumper plates, a proper bar and space to lift. When the Hoods need to get strong for the season, this is where they come — Ransom Drive, Mapperley, not some big-box warehouse across town.

You don't need to be a pro to train like one. Capped numbers, brand-new kit, £37.50 a month rolling or £32.50 on 6 months → https://tgsmapperley.clubright.co.uk/register

PUT THE WORK IN.

Monday morning at TGS Mapperley. The Nottingham Hoods lads train here between games — same dumbbells, same floor, same 25kg you'll be picking up. There's no secret room for the pros; the kit that's good enough for them is what every member gets.

NEW WEEK. NEW GYM?

If this week's the week, here's what you get at TGS Mapperley: brand-new kit, capped member numbers so it's never rammed, turf, sled, platform, cardio corner and a team who actually say hello. Ransom Drive, NG3 5LR.

ROOM TO MOVE.

A full turf lane with a sled at one end and a platform at the other. No squeezing past benches, no waiting for a square of floor. TGS Mapperley was built for people who actually train.
