We help organisations create internal communications that actually connect. We make your story global with our strategy, video production and marketing.
We kept our content creator away from the coffee stand at Smart Manufacturing Week by giving her a colour hunting challenge in between interviews...

What do you think deserves top prize? 🏆
Most internal communication doesn’t fail because of the message.
It fails because people don’t engage with it.
This is how we help teams bring complex information to life —
from safety compliance and training
to project updates and new initiatives.
Make it clearer.
Make it visual.
Make it stick.
Most safety incident reports get filed away and forgotten.
But safety learning only works when people actually remember it.
That’s why we use video to recreate incidents visually — so teams can clearly see what happened, understand the risk, and learn what needs to change moving forward.
Instead of relying on long reports or static documents, video helps make the learning immediate, practical, and far more memorable.
Because when the message lands, safer behaviours follow.
Struggling to promote a new partnership scheme? We helped DMU create a high-quality suite of resources that clearly showcased the benefits of their program. From case studies to interactive tools, these timeless assets made it easy to connect with businesses nationwide.
Our aftercare ensured they knew exactly how to use the resources - and the results? Happy, confident teams ready to spread the word.
💡 See how smart resource design can transform engagement and communication.
Safety incidents still happen.
What matters is how quickly and clearly the learning is shared.
At P&G, a Site Safety Leader wanted a better way to reduce incidents by learning from them.
We put together a templated incident reporting solution designed to communicate:
* what happened
* why it happened
* what’s changed
Using a rigged animated character placed into the real working environment.
Each update is built fast using a small number of location images and a short explanation - then turned into a 60–90 second incident summary that’s easy to understand and remember on the floor.
Low-cost.
Repeatable and consistent messaging across sites.
Replacing a stacker crane isn’t just an upgrade - it’s a full-scale operation. ⚙️
From safety planning to complex logistics, this project was documented to be shared, not just completed.
The result? A learning resource used across global sites - because the best engineering work should be seen and learned from.
Video isn’t designed for everyone.
But it can be.
This case study with the Sensational Museum shows what accessibility looks like when it’s built in from the very start - not added on at the end.
In the film, we break down how the project was designed to work for different audiences, using:
• British Sign Language
• Audio Description
• Captions
• Standard & easy-read transcripts
And crucially, how those elements were captured and integrated - from interview technique and filming setup, to green screen, sound design, and post-production.
One moment that was lovely to hear came from Ross Parry, who said:
> “Alex is very good at knowing which jigsaw pieces are missing… and saying, we need a piece on this, and a piece on that.”
Which was crucial for this project to keep the video interviews tight and fully accessible with self described audio descriptions.
The case study includes behind-the-scenes footage, editing screen captures, and the final layered result - showing what thoughtful, intentional accessibility actually looks like in practice.
For organisations thinking seriously about inclusive design, this case study shows what’s possible 👇

Here’s the problem:
Many leaders are empathetic - but their teams never actually see it.
Because empathy doesn’t show up in an email.
It doesn’t land in a PDF or powerpoint.
It gets lost in corporate language and formal comms.
But it does show up on video.
A leader’s tone.
Their facial expression.
Their warmth.
Their sincerity.
HR leaders know that culture is shaped by what people feel - not just what they’re told.
If you want employees to feel valued, informed, supported, and connected…
video is a human way to get there.
