Includes updated content on the support available to carers across Perth and Kinross.

We’re pleased to share that the new Perth and Kinross Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) website is now live.

The site has been designed to make it easier to find clear, accessible information about health and social care services, support, and resources across Perth and Kinross.

Whether you’re looking for support for yourself, a family member, or someone you care for, the website brings everything together in one place.

Visit the website: https://www.perthandkinrosshscp.scot/

As part of this, we are beginning a gradual rebrand of our social media channels from Your Community PK to better reflect Perth and Kinross HSCP. You may notice some updates happening over the coming weeks as we make this transition.

This is just the beginning - our website will continue to develop, and we welcome feedback as we move forward.
