Earlier this year we were extremely lucky to work together with , who very kindly donated us a full kitchen replacement for our downstairs kitchen! πŸŽ›οΈ

This kitchen is integral to our cooking and baking groups for children, and they remain some of our most popular activities, but the previous kitchen was to be honest quite dated (and that’s us being polite!!), but the space was great and it’s now become even more fabulous with a full new fitted kitchen installed! 🍳

We are incredibly grateful to Howdens for providing us with a sparkly new kitchen allowing a revamped brilliant space for our children and staff to create their culinary delights πŸ’œ

Details for our next Stay, Play & Connect Session at LETHAMπŸ’š

We continue to have lots of fun in our Stay, Play and Connect Sessions which are specifically for preschool children and their families, supported by our Family and Education Services staff team πŸ™Œ

With a focus on play and development, not only can your little one have lots of fun, but parents can meet in a supportive environment, with our team on hand to help with advice, information and provide play ideas and snack! πŸ’‘

We know it is unlikely many of our preschool children will have received a formal diagnosis or even in the process of assessment, we are therefore welcoming all Early Years families to join us if their children have any significant language/communication differences or potential neurodiversity.

The next session will be held Wednesday 1st July, at The Hub, Amulree Road, Perth, PH1 2HH from 10:00am until 11:30am ⏰

There’s no need to book, just come along and a member of the team will greet you at the door! If you would like to meet a team member prior to coming along for the first time, we are happy to organise this, or if you want to bring a someone to support like a friend or family member, they would be most welcome!

- to think about what we understand about autism. We will also discuss some practical supports that can be implemented for autistic individuals πŸ’‘

- how to move forward, we will think about strategies to try and tackle any challenges that you may feel in implementing any change ✨

- a general Q&A on autism with our trainers πŸ€”
