We are a mad bunch of amazing humans, join us to work on movement, balance, over all fitness, and stretching.
plenty of classes to choose from, and at an affordable cost ❤️My main work is from my studio but I have a "delicates" class located in Rogerstone
Why do we do these? Well.... being able to get on and off the toilet by yourself is a massive flex thats why! These ladies amaze me- some of them struggled to just do 1 or 2 when they started, now most of them are managing 60 ......thats 60 chair squats..... thats insane!! So proud of them all 🥰❤️

So many wonderful things going on at the studio!
I'm so proud of what it's becoming 😊
The current monthly add-on is learn a dance in 90 minutes which has proved popular with a different theme each month!
We will soon be adding a monthly "Mingle & Move" which will be a mix of making connections and free movement.
All very exciting! ❤️
When youre feeling blue, and alls you wana do is curl up in your bed, have this in your head.....(ha, poet)
We are not machines..... we are not alive to work 24/7, to the point of burnout, you only die once.... you live every day- are your work colleagues/bosses causing you stress? Why are you still there? To pay bills? Another job can so that.
Find somewhere you are appreciated and celebrated not somewhere that'll replace you without a 2nd thought. Life is for living, not stressing.

Even the instructor needs a sit down every so often.....🤣
When you're on your own, in your kitchen imagining what a dance with several other people will look like in your head..... then the bit you didnt think would work actually looks so dam good when everyone did it..... thats chefs kiss 👌
