A little update from me 🤍

After a lot of thought, I’ve made the heartfelt decision to close The Bubba Hub Ltd as you know it. Our final day of trading will be 31 October 2026, so all equipment hire bookings will need to finish by that date.

I know this may raise questions about what comes next. Tots Takeover will still be continuing, and I’m looking forward to sharing more of those mornings with you.

There may also be future rental options, but I’m still working out what that could look like. I’ll share an update once anything is confirmed, along with my next steps and some new opportunities I’m exploring.

For now, I want to say a huge thank you to every customer, family and fellow small business that has supported The Bubba Hub. It’s meant more to me than I can say.

A huge thank you to all the amazing businesses that have contributed to our Bumps, Babies & Brunch and Tots Takeover goodie bags. 🤍

This is just a small snapshot of the wonderful treats, products and offers our guests have received. We’re truly grateful for every contribution and hope that introducing your businesses to our community brings plenty of support and new customers your way too.

Collaboration really is key, small businesses supporting small businesses and growing together. ✨

Would you like to feature your business at one of our future events? Let’s partner! Send us a DM to find out more.

🚚 Delivery update from The Bubba Hub 🤍

It’s with regret that we’re making some changes to our delivery service. As a small business, the rising costs and time involved in delivering equipment have made it increasingly difficult to continue offering the service in the way we have been.

We’ve always tried our best to accommodate everyone’s requests, including deliveries across the country, but unfortunately it’s simply not possible for us to meet every request and keep the business sustainable.

One thing I’ve never previously factored into our delivery costs is time. After the amount of time my children and I have spent in the car over the summer, it’s really highlighted just how many hours have been lost to deliveries and collections. As much as I love helping families, that level of time commitment is no longer maintainable for us as a small family business.

What’s changing?

🤍 Free collection from BH12 will continue to be available.

🚚 Delivery will now be by prior arrangement only, subject to availability.

📍 Where delivery and collection are agreed, costs will be based on mileage, plus a **£10 per hour base rate for the time required for the round trip for delivery and collection. We’ll always confirm the cost with you in advance.

Our website has now been updated to reflect these changes.

Thank you so much to everyone who has supported The Bubba Hub, booked with us, recommended us and understood the challenges of running a small business. We really do appreciate it.

I’ll be sharing more information about further changes to The Bubba Hub over the coming weeks, so please keep an eye on our page.

Thank you for continuing to support us 🤍

Melissa x
