Clean Deep

Our client extended the staff party invite to our cleaners.

It was something we were taken aback by when we heard; it’s unusual for the external cleaning team to be as much a part of the company as their own employees, and we felt honoured that they had been asked and were able to attend.

It’s been a pleasure working with Donaldson BOFA this year, and we are grateful for them appreciating our team as much as we do.

Busy public spaces need a lot of care behind the scenes, especially through the summer months, and we're proud to play our part in helping keep these wonderful places welcoming for visitors.

We've been doing lots more window cleaning recently, and nothing reveals every little mark and streak quite like a bright sunny day.

The results are definitely worth it though. ✨

Who else LOVES a good before and after?

A recent trip to Galeries Lafayette in Paris got us thinking about something we talk about a lot at Clean Deep...

Great service is about the whole experience.
A clean building is obviously important, but so is answering the phone, communicating clearly, noticing the little things, being friendly on site and sorting out problems quickly when they happen.

It's all part of what a client experiences when they work with us.

Online shopping hasn't killed great shops, and I don't think automation, price comparison or procurement will ever kill great service either.

Sometimes we spend so much time perfecting what we sell that we forget how much people remember how it felt to buy it!

We're very proud of the cleaning we deliver.
But we're just as proud of the people and service surrounding it. 💙

And apparently even shopping in Paris can turn into a conversation about cleaning... 😂

Our Business Support Manager Maizie has completed the Help to Grow: Management course at Bournemouth University.

And she's brought plenty back with her!

New ideas, new questions and lots of conversations about how we can continue improving the way we work.

We're big believers in investing in our people – because when our team grows, Clean Deep grows with them.

Now we'll just have to deal with all the new ideas she's come back with... 😂
