I need advice for this client in her 30. The left foot heel is very hard to touch . Without putting any diagnosis I wanted to know if anyone have come across this before and how I can I help my client.

Hello dear colleagues,
Have anyone work with a person who has a device fitted called a ICD implantable cardioverter defibrillator which is a combined pacemaker and defibrillator. This person wants reflexology to reduce his anxiety issues but I am not sure if I can treat him because of the device. I would very much appreciate your advices.
