Reach

Here's how you can gather and pray with us over this academic year! We'd love to see you, and keep you up to date with all that's happening at Reach. Everyone is welcome.

Hopefully you've spotted in our last email (or maybe it's been advertised in your church!) that we're having a prayer gathering for Reading schools next Monday at Reading Gateway Church. We'll hear from staff, students and others who are also doing schools ministry. Hope to see you there!

As of this week, all of our Christian Unions and school clubs will be back up and running! And in time for Reading's 10 Days of Prayer, which our groups will be taking part in.
Students will have the opportunity to pray for their town, their school and themselves using some of the resources we've put together.

Tomorrow is the National Day of Prayer for Schools - head to message.org.uk/prayforschools to find out more!

As young people, teachers and students head back to school this week let’s be praying. Praying for them, praying for opportunities to share the gospel and praying for God to change lives. Never has prayer for our schools been more important. Join us on Wednesday 9 September as we join together in praying for our schools on the National Day of Prayer for Schools.

Reading Girls' for the morning with their year 9s helping them think through how they use their phone and the impacts of social media.

Yesterday, we were at Birch Copse and Springfield with the team from St Catherine's Tilehurst running It's Your Move for their year 6s.
Come along next Monday to Reach Together (11.30, Tyndale) to find out more!

You'd think it's been a quiet week for us with lots of schools closing early due to the heat, but we've done three (very warm!) Pitstops over the last few days at Reading Girls', Prospect and Geoffrey Field.

Thank you to our wonderful bakers and volunteers ☀️
