We loved celebrating the graduation of one of our regional charity partners, Carl Manners, who support young adults with learning disabilities into employment in hospitality.
Shoutout to trustee Dan Waistell and Gemma Bridges for giving their time and giving back through the power of food.

A huge congratulations to our brilliant chefs Stan & Patrycja, who took on the Assoc. of Catering Excellence Ready Steady Cook competition last night… and absolutely smashed it! 🔥
Competing against some of the best in the industry, they wowed the judges with a menu inspired by the forest 🌲🍂

Nine of our Scotland team took on the Edinburgh Kiltwalk and absolutely smashed it, raising vital funds for the STV Children’s Appeal.
And a special mention to their fearless captain Jacob, who completed the Pentlands Marathon on Saturday before lacing up AGAIN for the Kiltwalk on Sunday. 🤯
