Total Health Support and Training Services was formed in 2010 to provide services in response to the ever growing need for dedicated and diligent support workers within the Reading area. The basic ethics the company perpetrates is built into its motto which simply states:

With this in mind, the company is defined to ensure its clients receive the best services, at affordable prices, yet, without compromising any standards in legislation and complying with current CQC regulations at all times. Etc. It is our mission statement to endeavour to match staff to best suit the purpose of all our clients, assess clients needs and provide our staff with mandatory training as well as supplementary courses to further improve themselves as well as better their quality of service.
