Weight loss was only the first part of my journey… 👀

I’ve lost 7 stone, but these days the number on the scales isn’t what excites me most. It’s feeling fitter, stronger and more capable than I have in years. 💪🏼

As I approach my 50s, my focus has changed. I want to build muscle, protect my strength and create a body that gives me the best quality of life possible as I get older.

And if you’re watching this thinking you’ve left it too late — you haven’t. ❤️

You don’t need to change everything overnight. Walk a little more. Move your body. Start lifting some weights. Eat nourishing food. Prioritise yourself and just keep showing up.

Whether you’re 40, 50, 60 or beyond, it is NEVER too late to start looking after you.

Don’t just add years to your life… add life to your years. ❤️💪🏼
