With the darker mornings rolling in, we’ve moved to a new time of 9AM, in collaboration with Ikigai Wellness the perfect Sunday morning combination. 🤍Ikigai Strength

We’re proud to announce that Join the Run is teaming up with Ikigai Wellness Hub for our Sunday morning runs.

With the colder winter months coming in, we’re switching things up with a new route and a new start time.

📍 Meet: Ikigai Wellness Hub - Unit 1 , 109 marsh road Rhyl
⏰ From 8:30am Run will be From 9am
🏃 5K social run

Come down early, grab a coffee and get ready to run. All Join the Run participants will receive 10% off their morning coffee at Ikigai.

After the 5K, we’ll head back to the hub for post-run coffee, catch-ups and good vibes.

And it doesn’t stop there all runners will also have access to a discounted Sunday day pass to enjoy Ikigai’s sauna, ice bath and coffee house facilities.
