Precision Timber

Today marks an exciting new chapter for us.

You may have noticed some changes taking place across our channels. While we may look different, we will still bring the same precision, and the same unwavering passion for and commitment to quality craftsmanship.

As we've grown and expanded, we felt it was time to refresh our brand with a cleaner and more refined identity that better represents the professionalism and expertise we bring to every project. We'd also like to say a huge thank you to all our partners for their support over the years. Here's to many more playground and outdoor space installations!

Outdoor play and learning don’t have to stop when summer does 🍂

As we enter autumn, with the leaves browning and the temperature dropping, outdoor spaces take on a whole new character, with plenty still to explore, learn, and enjoy. Our hardwood robinia products are built to withstand all weather conditions, allowing children to connect with nature in every season.

From outdoor learning environments to natural forest playgrounds, we’re proud to create spaces that can be enjoyed all year round.

We’re so pleased we could support the transformation of Chaucer Infant and Nursery School’s area to promote outdoor learning 💚

We build it. We install it. We test it. 👀

Our team aren’t just experts at designing and installing equipment; they’re also experts at putting them to the test! When you spend every day creating playgrounds, it’s only natural to want to try them out too!

And who can blame them? Our products are designed to provide active play for everyone 🛝

Each and every one of our products is handcrafted with durable timber to last for generations.

We installed this Ryedale Pod at Worsbrough Common Primary School at the beginning of 2023. This pod creates a sheltered, relaxing, and inviting space for students and staff alike. Over three years later, it’s still standing tall, offering shelter, and providing a welcoming environment for relaxing and socialising.

Returning to see our installations years after completion is so rewarding; it shows the long-lasting impact our work and projects have.

Projects like this are why we do what we do.

“Life is more fun if you play games” - Roald Dahl, My Uncle Oswald 📚

Stories allow children to explore magical worlds and set off on exciting adventures, right from the classroom! Whether they’re off to the Chocolate Factory, facing the Witches, or battling giants with the BFG, the best adventures can begin with a good book and a little imagination.

Our timber reading libraries are great for storing whatever books your children are interested in this academic year. Happy Roald Dahl Story Day everyone 💫

Whatever your project, Precision Timber will deliver.

Our experienced team brings together the knowledge and skills to solve your specific challenges and meet your requirements to create the ideal outdoor space.

No shortcuts. Just passion, expertise, and hands-on craftsmanship at every stage of your project.

We’re here for the long term, and so are our projects.

From a disused and uninviting area to a dynamic and challenging environment ready for exciting outdoor play and adventures!

Over the last few weeks, we’ve been working hard to finish our recent installation ahead of the new academic year. It’s now ready for children to return to school after the end of their summer holiday ☀️

We’ve transformed Horsted School's outdoor area, complete with timber entrance steps, artificial grass flooring, and a bespoke adventure tower featuring a slide, climbing wall, net ladder, a bubble look out window, and more!

We can’t wait to hear about the children’s reaction to their new outdoor space and adventure tower!
