Rump seems to be the flavour of the week, personally I’ve never been a massive fan however these two have converted me from ribeye I think…

- Native shorthorn heifer from G and AG parker of Emely moor
- limousine heifer from Graham and Richard Booth of new mill

World class beef from 2 mins down the road.

Notice the yellower fat and deeper red meat on the shorthorn rump at the top and the paler softer meat from the continental at the bottom

Bought by ourselves from selby Auction Mart on Tuesday, Killed at John Penny & sons of Rawdon in Leeds on Wednesday, delivered and cut on Thursday fresh for the counter Friday.
